I want to tell you a bit about me.I have been a therapist since 1998.
After studying for a Master of Arts degree, psychology and working as a manager in marketing and public relations, I moved into management training, career counselling and outplacement. I also wrote for the press on topics including career development and motivation and had a regular column in The (Glasgow) Herald writing about complementary therapies and I was also the ‘Agony Aunt’ for four years.
My interest in complementary therapies continued and I studied and qualified in several therapies. I studied with the renowned international psychologist Dr Keith Hearne, who is an acclaimed authority in the field of hypnotherapy and past life regression . Then travelled to Chicago to study life between life regression with Michael Newton. I am also an NLP Practitioner and Colour Therapist and was a regular contributor to a series of TV programmes ‘One Life to Live’ giving advice on career and life issues.
For a number of years I ran a successful practice in the south of England before returning to Edinburgh.
